3:10 to Yuma

While I love my father very very much sometimes I look at him and then myself and wonder what it is that I got from him. Other than his paleness I think the answer to that question is nothing. I don't think that it is a big surprise that i don't have much in common with a 56 year old mexican man. OH we both love ice cream, i guess we have that too. Anywho, no one loves westerns like my dad does and while the western genre seems to be lost on me I thought i'd give the new Russel Crowe movie a shot anyway. Soooo here goes my review on 3:10 to Yuma. WAIT FOR IT TO COME OUT ON DVD. It is a great movie, filled with action and adventure but it won't be winning any oscars, it was very predictable and the bigger than life character that Crowe plays is almost comedic at times. I wont ruin the ending but im sure you wont be surprised. It is a classic "shoot em' up" movie so if that sounds awful to you just pass on this one. But if you like Russel Crowe and Christian Bale then this is a great movie and totally worth seeing.
